Credit Balance Transfer to VisionPay
Your credit balance can be transferred to VisionPay by consenting a transfer using the following steps.
Step 1. Access Form
Click the link below to access the form
Step 2. Personal Details Enter your Account Name, Account Number, Email Address and upload a Valid ID.
Step 3. Enter Username Enter your VisionPay username.Your username starts with a $ and can be found in the following manner:
i. Open the side menu and it is displayed in your digital card
i. Open My Profile menu and it is displayed under your name.
Step 4. Enter Transfer Amount
Enter the credit balance amount you wish to transfer and then select transfer.
Step 5. Transfer Authorisation
Click the checkbox to confirm authorisation and press the send,
Step 5. Transfer Confirmation
The platform performs the verification and credits your wallet with the requested amount. You will receive a "Deposit" notification on your email and app.
