How to Delete Your VisionPay Account
If you would like to permanently delete your VisionPay account and all associated data, please follow the steps below:
Visit a VisionPay Branch: For security reasons, VisionPay requires in-person verification to delete an account. This step ensures that only the account holder can request data deletion.
Bring a Valid Photo ID: To verify your identity, please bring a government-issued photo ID (such as a passport, driver’s license, or joint card) with you. This helps us confirm that you are the account owner.
Request Account Deletion: Once your identity is verified, inform the VisionPay representative that you wish to delete your account. They will process your request and initiate the deletion of your data.
Confirmation of Account Deletion: After completing the request, you will receive confirmation that your account has been deleted and your data removed from our systems. Please allow a few business days for this process to be completed.
