Welcome to VisionPay! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the VisionPay digital wallet app (“VisionPay” or “the App”). By using VisionPay, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

By downloading, installing, or using VisionPay, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

 

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the Terms on our website and within the App. Your continued use of VisionPay after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

 

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use VisionPay. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

 

To use VisionPay, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

 

VisionPay allows you to store, send, and receive digital currency. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

Use the App in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the App.

Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device, process, or means to access the App for any purpose.

Use the App for any fraudulent or illegal activities.

 

VisionPay may charge fees for certain transactions or services. Any applicable fees will be disclosed to you before you complete the transaction. By using VisionPay, you agree to pay any applicable fees.

 

We take your security seriously and implement reasonable measures to protect your information. However, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data. You are responsible for safeguarding your device and ensuring that your VisionPay account is secure.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to VisionPay at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or us.

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VisionPay and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your use or inability to use the App.

Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App.

Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our App by any third party.

 

You agree to indemnify and hold VisionPay and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

 

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Fiji Islands, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
